Custom Displays - Quoted Projects

Use the contact form or email photos of your planters for a custom quote. I’ll reply within 24 hours with pricing and scheduling.

For large installations, multiple planters, or specialty containers, I offer fully custom seasonal designs.

Every space is different — I’ll provide a personalized quote based on container size, location, and materials.

Custom displays start at $450 and are typically $600–$1,000+ for full installations.

🌲 Custom Winter Planter Details & Policies

Each arrangement is custom-designed using fresh, natural greens to suit your container and outdoor space.

Customer provides the planter.
If your container requires more than half a bag of soil, an additional charge will apply to cover the extra material.
Oversized planters may incur an additional charge for extra materials.

🌿 Design & Requests
Specific requests are welcome (for example, all white berries, only blue accents, or extra-tall spruce tips).
Requests are always subject to seasonal availability, and substitutions may be made if certain materials are limited.

If red berries are used, they are installed in a removable way so they can be taken out after the holidays, leaving a more neutral “winter-through-spring” display.

I do not install lights. 

I do not use artificial greens.

💧 Care & Maintenance
After installation, customers are responsible for care:
• Water regularly until the soil is frozen — it should remain damp or frozen for best longevity.
• When the season ends, customers are responsible for disposing of the greens.

All outdoor materials are subject to natural weathering. Longevity will vary based on sunlight, wind exposure, and temperature fluctuations.

🪵 Reuse & Sustainability
If you save your pine cones, birch poles, red twigs, or berry sprigs, I’ll credit or comp those materials for the following year.
If you allow me to pick them up at season’s end, I’ll extend that discount further.

📅 Installation Timeline
I’ll be obtaining fresh greens the week of November 10th, and installations will take place that same week.
This timing ensures the highest-quality materials — after mid-November, the greens at suppliers like Gertens start to dry out,, turn brown. and/or lose color.

Early installation also means your planter will look beautiful for the North Oaks Holiday Home Tour weekend and carry you through the entire holiday season.

Please ensure your planter is accessible and cleared of old soil, decorations, or snow before your scheduled date. I do not compost existing plants, if removal is needed, there will be an additional fee incurred. 

💵 Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Orders may be canceled with a full refund until November 9th.
After that date, materials will have been purchased and no refunds can be issued.

I am not responsible for loss or theft of outdoor décor once installed — if items disappear, they cannot be replaced.

📸 Photos & Communication
I may photograph completed planters for my portfolio and social media.
Please let me know at checkout if you’d prefer that yours not be photographed.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and your estimated installation window.
